What's the point of starting over? It's not like the whole thing is poorly done, it's just that the problem with viewing full-sized images needs to be fixed. Unless that's like a huge and unsurmountable problem, which I don't think it is, but I'm not sure, I don't see the point.

i've stayed up trying to look into this again. I have come to the conclusion that I will have to create a custom script to see what all the server has installed on it and what it doesnt have have installed on it as well.
After I look into this there will be several factors to either
a.) Do away with the gallery
b.) Move to a host that will support the features the gallery needed features.
The saga continues, this gallery is a very important factor of the site.

I vote B. I like the Gallery and it serves its purpose. I like being able to see what some of the members look like.

Seeing what the members look like would be easy even without the gallery. 
It's not like you can't find a free image host around. It's just that this way you get forum implementation, ratings and whatnot, comments, etc.
