I've been looking for new music to check out. Anything good, as long it's mostly rock oriented.

Bands I've recently found out about and liked include:
30 Seconds To Mars, Avenged Sevenfold, Tenacious D, Queens Of The Stone Age, Flaw.

Try to suggest as many as you can if possible. I'm too lazy to type up all the bands I know...

You might like Presidents of the United States of America, though they're not heavy like the ones you listed. Then there's Porcupine Tree. And Opeth (if you can get past the vocals).
