JUMP TO JAPAN!
If you happen to be in the Seattle area, try this on for size:
The Children's Museum is having this Exibition called JUMP TO JAPAN from January through June 6, 2004.
Here, there's a large model of the Cat Bus from 'My Neighbor Totoro", and you can actually climb on it and pose for pictures.
You'll learn stuff aboutmangas and animes here, explaining in detail why they eyes on characters are so large and why they have those funky hair styles.
You'll also explore a Japanese House and wear traditional clothing as well.
Kids and Adults get to learn the process of animation and its process.
It's good to be a kid, eh? Give it a shot!
