Well, this manga is somewhat like in Hana-Kimi, (in which in that manga, the girl deliberatly pose as a boy so she can be close to her idol) whereas in Girl Got Game, the main character's father always wanted to be in the NBA, but he's handing all that wish of his to his daughter. He wants her to pose as a boy so she can join the school's boy's basketball team. And she also has to stay at the Basketball Team's dorm!

She hates posing as a boy, and there's some gags in this story that's similar to Hana-Kimi. It's very funny how she tries to let nobody know she's a girl.

It was a scene when she's on her period, she felt ill, but it looks like she's pissed off at everyone, (like she's picking a fight with someone)

The other main charcter, accidentally tried and grabbed her chest; she cried that her chest was swollen when she fell down ealier that day. The guy was freaking out, and he even grabbed a fat guy's boobs just to confirm his sanity!
