What are you favourite forgotten TV shows?? Mine are mostly old cartoons. Transformers being the top!! Heman, Dungeons and Dragons, 7 Cities Of Gold!! Mask, Nightmare!!

There was this one kids show about a manequin who came to life in a department store w/ muppets, whenever his hat came on or off or something. It used to play on nickelodeon around the same time as Mr. Wizard. or maybe even David the Gnome or Eureka's castle? does anyone know the show I'm talking about?

How is it a forgotten show? Fox and TBS show it like all the time on primetime TV, and TBS has ads with Seinfeld clips in it like once every 5 seconds.
