Out of all the romantic movies that I have watched I the best one is Titanic, it is one of the classiest movie ever made. I think that there can't be a better movie than this. The other ones that are also good ones are Romeo and Juliet,When Harry met Sally and Casablanca.
Casablanca...even though Bogart doesn't get the girl in the end and is all noble and stuff and gives her to the other guy so they can go off and fight the war against the Nazis! Wow...was that a run-on-sentence or what?
Mei, if you have a chance, I would suggest renting the movie. It's set during World War II with Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman. I don't want to give away the plot, but I really like the movie.
I've thought of a few others that I really liked. An Affair to Remember, which I rented because I saw it in a scene from Sleepless in Seattle. I really liked both films. My wife says that I'm really a softie underneath my gruff exterior. LOL
My favorite romantic stories are Thornbirds, Waiting to Exhale, and Titanic. Those movies have brought tears to my eyes. Old classic like The King and I or The Sound of Music are also my favorites.
