Arctic Thunder or whatever is one of the best arcade "experiences" besides the PainStation.

Never played it either. infact I've only owned an atari, nes, snes, & psx. Sega genesis, sega saturn, dreamcast, nintendo 64, ps2, gamecube, xbox, etc. were all just my friends. I've always been poor, lol. Thats why I gotta win one of those arcade tournaments so I can have something for free

It might have even been the first system w/ Wario on it. Does anybody know what I'm talking about??

What was the one with the vector graphics and the monochrome monitor. It had its own monitor and then the controllers were plugged in. I know I had a friend who had one.

Anyone remember the name?

You mean the Vectrex?

Haha that was a funny system.

Quote:
In October 1982, General Consumer Electronics (GCE) released the Vectrex for $199. The Vectrex wasn't just your average game console, however, and even to this day there has never been a videogame system quite like it. With it's built in vector monitor and detachable control board, the Vectrex captured a sleek look and feel that would be duplicated 2 years later with Apple Computer's release of it's Apple Macintosh.
