This might be a bit wierd. But I'm experiencing difficulties running any
games (don't have that much time anymore...Not with the degree and all) But
the problem is any game is guaranteed to stop or crash between 10 minutes to
2 hours. Now my thinking is that it's either the (A) Graphics card, (B) A RAM
module(s) or (C) The PCIe port.

My computer isn't slow/lacks any H/W:

AMD 64 4000+,
4GB Corsair DDR2 Ram,
WD Raptor 80 SATA HDD,
Sony DVD+/-RW/R burner,
SB Audidgy Sound card,
Asus AV8 PIC Delux M/B,
Windows XP Professional/SP2,
IIyama VM 514 pro Monitor,
Asus Radeon X850XT (OEM) 256 DDR GPU.

Sofwtare is:
Cataclysy 5.10,
SP2,
SB aududgy version 11.50,
HyperX PSU drivers 13.45.

I have spoke with the retailer that I purchased my card from and all they're
saying is well return it to ATI. But it still doesn't really solve the
problem. I really hope that someone out their will be will to help me out.
Because it's becoming a bit annoying now.

I'd look to the Graphics card first. I had the same problem with an office
machine. It would run low overhead graphics (Office stuff) just fine, but
if asked to do anything that stressed the video card, it would crap out in a
few minutes. The number one thing to check is that the fan on (or for) the
graphics card is working. However, in my case, the card had to be replaced.

Well that didn't work. The suppliers exchanged the graphics card for a
GeForce 7800 GTX 512. The problem is that the same problem occurs. I'm going
to try sometime to just test the RAM bit by bit. If it still does it then I'm
really hoping the it's the motherboard. If it's the CPU then I'm really not
looking foward to replacing it (it wasd purchased from the same supplier. We
had about 4 days of arguing that it was the graphics card, me saying it is,
them saying that it isn't. So I'm going to be feeling pretty small if it is)
I might just send it somewhere and get a diagnostic on it, and see if they
come back with anything.

Hi Ponk, don't forget (D) power supply (E) Hard Disk (F) temperature in
computer case.
I would look for all of that in descending order (F->A).
