I am in Act 1. I can not get out South Gate. I have Cermonial Dagger, Taar
with me. NPCs telling me I need to meet them byond the gate like Rokhar I am
to go kill the Beast with the dagger. But guard will not let me past while
plage is still issue.
I have filled flask and drank from elven fountain. I have talked to
everyone in infermory. What do I need to do? Is starting over the only way?
When will there be patches to adress these type of quest Bugs? The thought
of continuosly starting over does not appeal to me.

Please help... thank you.

To complete the plague quest, you have to talk to Taar in the great hall. If
the south gate guard dont let you pass after you returned the flask to Taar,
try to apply the 2.1 patch.
