Default Dungeon Siege 2 Save Game

Hi,
My computer needed a reinstall and as such I had to reload DS2 back on.
Prior to reinstall I save the "Dungeon Siege 2" foler located in \My
Documents\My Games for safe keeping.
Now that I've reinstalled DS2 I can not get it to recognise that I've put my
old game back in. I do not wish to have to start over.

What am I doing wrong?

you only need to copy the save game folder back to the program files folder
of DS II.

I too have had this problem. Did you uninstall the game first? Is yea then
did you highlight the remove save games folder? If yes again then sorry to
say that DS2 doesn;t recognise the save games (don't know why...Just
something DS2 does) If not the I really can't help you anymore...Sorry.
