I downloaded a dedicated server from microsoft for HaloPC. For some reason i
cant see it on the list of games on multiplayer,but other people can and they
can get in. I try putting in my IP from direct IP, but it stiil does not
work. Can someone please help me and show me a way to access it.

Have you tried the undedicated server?
