What is wrong with the program?

Only extension I can save images with is .psd

Why can't I save them as .jpg or .gif or etc etc???

I can save it as any file type. Don't know what's wrong with your copy.

That is some DAMN GOOD advice, if I was RETARDED!!!

That doesn't work, all I can save it as is .psd files.

Edit: Nevermind, I re-installed. It's all working now. That was a pretty weird error though.
