Default Rogue Spear Problems

I have recently decided to start playing Rainbow Six Rogue Spear again. It's
been about 2 years since the last time I have played. The only difference is
new video card drivers, and DirectX 9.0c.
The textures in the game dissapear and reappear constantly depending on how
I am facing them. I cannot figure out why. I believe it has something to do
with my drivers since I am running the same machine I use to play the game
on. Only the drivers have changed.

My specs are:
Windows XP
AMD Athlon 1.01GHz
Nvidia Geforce 2 MX/MX 400 (Iam using the latest drivers for my video card)
256mb of ram

Before rolling back your video drivers, install (or reinstall) the patch:
