Default halo ban from non-admin CD key hash

example
I have my ded. server runing
then i start playing an online game hosted by someone else.
Is it possible to ban an individual on the other server from my server?

You can only ban players from games you're hosting.
Or'e you asking about a 'blacklist' you can implement on your dedicated
server?

Thanks for the feed back. Essentially I was just wondering if there
was any way to get the CD key hash of a user without having admin
rights (having the password wouldn't do any good because i want to ban
the person from my server not the remote server.) Originally I was
hoping that if I downloaded some program from gamespy it would include
some mechanism to determine the key hash, but oh well.

Thanks again for the help.
