Default Games/User Accounts

All,

I have some new games that I have intsalled on my system. XP Pro SP2. I
use my Administrator account to install the games. An entry is then created
in the start menu; but only for my account. So i goto documents and
settings and copy the shortcut from my account to the all users profile.
But when the other users press start and goto to the entry they find that it
is empty.

How can i make these accessible to all?

TIA.

Hi,

Right click the START button and select "Open All Users"
Open the Programs Folder
Copy your shortcut(s) into the Programs folder

Hi CeNo,

How many users are affected? If you only have a few, the fastest
solution to the problem would be to place a shortcut into each of
their profile folders under the Start Menu / Programs folder.

Did you check the security permissions for the shortcut after you moved it
from your profile path to the other profile path?
