Ok, this may sound a little complicated, but here it is - Im having trouble
seeing Age Of Empires II: TC games. It keeps having an error messege saying
"unable to install lastest files of your game onto your computer". I have
tried to delete cookies and temp. files and reboot, no luck. Also tried
deleting Heartbreak file or w/e its called not quite sure. And no member
plus's could help me *sighs*, Is there anyone out there that can help me
PLEASE! REPLIE ASAP!! THX ahead of time! Hope you can help me fix my
problem.

Ok, it sounds like you are getting the error message " 'game' cannot be
found on your harddrive". The Zone software is attempting to locate the
game location by looking at your Windows Registry. Either the registry
entries for multiplayer are corrupt or the ports that the Zone is attempting
to go through are blocked. The latter issue can occur with various
broadband connection setups such as DSL and/or home network setups. Since
you did not provide any information as to your PC setup, operating system
version and type of connection, I can only direct you to a general page of
