What do you dream about, when you are asleep?? Happy things?? Nightmares??

I do not remember any of my dreams even though we all have 5~7 while sleeping.

Usually I can't remember my dreams but ever now and then I have this same reoccouring(don't know if I spelt it right) dream. I'm alway's in my car and I'm on a street in a city that is near me. I'm sitting at a red light when an old, white Mustang pulles up beside me and guns it's engine. When the light turns green I start racing it and everything is going fine for awhile untill I wreck for some unknown reason and my car starts flipping in the air and rolling on the ground. The whole time it's like I'm looking through my eyes up untill that point. After I wreck it's like I'm looking through 3rd person. I see the ambulance and my dad pull up and I'm in the car bleeding to death. I see my dad holding me and crying over me and then I wake up. I never see myself die but I'm alway's on the verge of it. It's really strange and all I can get out of it is that if a white Mustang ever want's to race me, I'm sure as hell not going to do it. Wierd huh?

I usually do not remember my dreams, but my husband says I fight and cry in my dreams. I know that sometimes I wake up crying and there are tears on my pillow.
I think since I am generally a happy go lucky person, always looking for the good in people and situations, that I must get all my frustrations and sadness out in my dreams??

that could be, you could be repressing all your rage and subconsciously venting it through sleep. That sounds unhealthey, be sure to give a good "FUCK YOU!" shout in an argument every now & then I've woken up in tears too, though less than a handful of times in all. Well, to be fair my "lonliness & rejection" dreams have been way more infrequent now-a-days, but I think they're really just anxiety dreams that seem to include alotta themes such as death, unacceptance, undesirability, hatred, jealousy, etc. It all started w/ a bad break-up w/ an ex. g/f... I decided I'm too young to fully comprehend the concept of "love" and all it mysterious ramifications, and to be highly careful as my emotions, if not at the moment, will surely get me in my sleep.

Last night though I had a nightmare about this little kid who got stuck/lost through this portal through a pillow, like how the girl got stuck in the T.V. in the movie Poltergeist. It might sound funny now, but it was freaky! I put my arm through the pillow to try to find him and it hurt, it was like sticking it into high volts of static eclectricity, and I pulled out a water-baloon from the pillow. can anyone interpret dreams?
