I am interested in onychectomization (declawing) of domestic cats. Which methods are there, both with scalpel and with gaslaser? Does anyone here have experience with the procedure or declawed cats?

I guess not, lol. I personally don't, as well as everyone else in my entire family, don't get our cats declawed.

that's what i thought about neutering too. but i hear how that is supposedly good for the cat, they become calmer, their lifespan increases, they will be less aggressive...
i personally would rather sacrifice my fingernails instead of my private parts though.

I put softclaws on my cat, he doesn't destroy anything anymore, but he did learn to bite.

Declawing a cat is fucked up. How the hell are they supposed to climb a tree to get away from a dog if they have no fucking claws? Someone should cut yourballs off. I'm sure it will calm you down and make you less agressive also...
