Im sure if you could put the 7 hours you spend playing Diablo 2, a game that is well past its expirary date, into running a forum that would be more then adequate, there isn't really all that much to do apart from make/buy the skin and put on some hacks which is as easy as hell now with 3.5. Apart from that crap you just have to do the basic moderation crap, it is hardly a huge time consuming project.

Well ideally I should spend that time doing schoolwork and whatnot. Point being, I don't really want to start a forum right now.

Also, Diablo 2 may be an old game, but it's still a great game.
