Cheap hosts = Less bandwidth

If noone goes to your site and you have an expensive host with LOTS of bandwidth...you are wasting money.

Possibly. Also, have you ever gone to a site that suddenly had an overload of traffic, and then suddenly you come up to a blank white page saying "Bandwidth limit exceeded"? That's another thing to look out for if you have a crappy free host if traffic grows.

This is probably the cost of a GOOD site

Domain name=8.88 rounded to 9 dollars
Site design= About 100-200 round to 150 matters what kind of site it is some designs for certain sites go for like 30 dollars or something.
Hosting= Like 2 dollars a month for good hosting.
And then some hard work and then you got a good site.

It is fairly inexpensive to set up your own site now. Lots of scripts are free, and basic hosting can be had for $5 a month.

Just depends what you want to do... Definately suggest you fnd something you are interested in and passionate about if you want to start a site.
