Default Do you smoke?

I am not a heavy smoker but i need two to three cigarettes a day. I started smoking about three years before and now i am trying to quit it.
What about you? are you too willing to quit smoking? what are you doing for that?

Definitely not, I've always found the smell of smoke horrible so I couldn't go near a cigarette. After spending a week with a bunch of smokers, it was almost tempting but not worth it in the end.

i am not a smoker. i believe that every stick you smoke will be equivalent to years of your life. i tried smoking once or twice but i really did not like it and i did not make it as my vice. it is not good for the health.

Watch the movie thank you for smoking. I’m not a smoker but almost all of my friends are smokers. It’s hard to quit the habit but probably changing the smoking habit with another habit would help you quit smoking.

yeah, quitting is very hard. you need a lot of time to do it. maybe you can quit by reducing more and more the need to smoke. and they say that candies are really good to avoid smoking. when you feel like smoking and you are trying to quit, eat a candy rather than smoking.

Smoking was known by most men/women a bad habit. The question is why do they still smoke? Smoking has different effect maybe on people and a few of them would be reducing stress, anti-depressant, and things I can't explain. I'm not saying that smoking is good, because it is NOT, with all the cancers and stuff. It's just an observation.

I'm proud to say that I never tried smoking, not even once! But then some of my friends are chain smokers and usually when we meet they do smoke. So, I guess I belong to passive smoker category!

Several people I know tried quitting and only a few got successful, their secret? They just told me to quit. It involves discipline. The others told me to replace it with a candy, whenever you feel like smoking, suck a lollipop or chew on a bubble gum.
