Live 8 in Canada was held in Barrie Ontario!! Yay, we made it on the map!! I did not go because you had to win the tickets on line and I could not get through before they were all gone....I heard it was a great show though, as one of my friends had VIP passes to the show....BITCH!!! lol
She did tape some of it on her camers though when she was on stage for Sum 41

I watched the one in London on the TV, was a great do and they raised loads of money

I think it is awesome when people that are famous put that fame to good use.....I was proud of all the musicians and bands that showed up!!!

The thing about Live 8 is...It doesnt raise money, it raises awareness. Its a ripoff to Africa.

I watched part of it, only because I was flipping channels and saw The Who on, followed by Pink Floyd. Other than that, didn't really pay much attention to it.

Get me a hardtop with a decent engine, and make sure it's got a big trunk.

The cause was good, the music was shit. Sure pink floyd and co were good in their day, now they sound bad and all the mainstream bands of today are hopelesss pretty much.

All I really listened to were The Who and Pink Floyd. Both of their vocals left much to be desired, but the instrumentals were great.
