Sony Being Sued by Texas for RootKit

I read an article yesterday where the Texas AG is suing Sony BMG for the rootkit malware that is installed when you play one of their cd's on your pc.

Good to see them getting their feet held to the fire for this fiasco.

SSSS ouch is pretty much what I can say. Do you know what the results of the lawsuit was? Or is it still pending?
