Thanks for the comments. I'm reading the thread closely and will try to implement a lot of these suggestions. Any more suggestions are much appreciated.

I just got back from talking with Chris (Omega, owner of e-mpire), and I can safely say that hypedave didn't allow the sale. Chris told me that he hasn't gotten a response about the price of the site, which I am assuming that hypedave was looking for a better price, and whoever is the new owner, got that final sale.

Talk about being greedy. Earlier in this thread, he expressed some kind sympathy for the site, which in my eyes is a bunch of bullshit.

I'm sorry, but hypedave dropped the ball there. He should've negotiated the price with chris if he wanted a better price. I'll say good luck to the new owner on his journey through managing this site.

I won't be posting anymore, something is fishy about this, and I don't like it.

I did it with XE, I can do it for others.

You know me from years of posting, but what you don't know about me, is that I work with others on behind the scenes stuff.

I'm currently a consultant for E-mpire which most don't know about.

It makes NO difference if a site is in a "shithole" in fact, that's the perfect time to purchase a site. PERFECT. Omega buys sites CARING about the community. If he sees that a site has a lot of the same members, he will buy it regardless of how much its in the shitter.

Everyone is gone man, you'll get about 5 original members (who arn't already at e-mpire) tops out of this. This place is beyond the shitter, it was on its hands and knees over 4 years ago when Gamerz Goop split and Random Forum was made and this place revived. On top of that it has been dead for 2 years atleast. Don't take this as a challenge. There's nothing here besides some stats.
