Ok guys, here is my idea.

When you have posted 5 times, an hour of arcade play gets banked up, kinda like goop. Then you may use those hours any time you want, and if your running low on hours, then go ahead and post some more quality posts and bring back your hours. Or you could buy arcade hours from goop.

btw, some of the links in the arcade dont work.

That's kind of what we used to have, a while ago. Not the banking hours, but you could buy an arcade pass from the store for Goop, or pay 10 goop per game.
