Blake Lively! I think she's one of the hottest rising stars! She first appeared on the big screen in the movie Sisterhood of the traveling pants and will be followed by a sequel which will be released soon. But the most noticed role she performed was Serena on the Gossip Girl. It's a wonderful teenage show!
I would say David Cook, winner of American Idol season 7. I really love the way he reaarranged the songs he sang on the TV show. I wish him all the luck on his career.

My all time favourite celebrities are Avril Lavigne, Hilary Duff, Selena Gomez and Johny Depp. I also love Michael Jackson, Brad Pitt, The Rock and Arnold.
I think the hottest among the teens is Johnny Depp, he is my favorite too as I find him a fantastic and very versatile actor. He has been a craze amongst the people who understand what real acting is all about.
Hanna Montana is probably the biggest star among the tween / teen crowd in my opinion. Molly Cyris is a pretty cool girl once you learn enough about her.
