diablo if your using photoshop7, then right click on the layer (in the layer menu thingy majig) and go to blending options then there is outer glow, right click on it for more options like size and stuff...

that's pretty good Fox, not great, but pretty good. and the outer glow thing doesn't look that good. Fox, how do you do it?
