Nirvana are awesome. They be a great band. Best song of theirs has to be either "Rape Me" or "Smells Like Teen Spirit".

No, they are way over rated. They were a mediocre band at best,that somehow became popular

Nirvana is probaably one of the best bands that emerged from the grunge scene. Their songs had great meaning and you could feel all his pain through his songs. Also, "Smells Like Teen Spirit" is probably not their best song. I really like "You Know You're Right."

I like them but I'm not in love with them. They got a lot of their popularity from the death of Cobain, I think. I mean, if it hadn't ended the way it did then I'm sure they would have eventually faded like most every other band lately.
