I was testing the limits.
pinging at -l 65500 -n 1000
Or 65.5 Kb for 1000 pings.
Guess my plan didn't work.
I figured it would slow it down, considering I was getting ping times in the 3000s

I think what the -10000 does, is make it continue pinging, cause try and put, ping and the ip without -10000. It will go for a little bit and stop.

The -l is the command to control the packet size.
The -n is the number of times.
