braces never affected me in anyways (I hardly eat the stuff they say we shouldn't, so it was nothing to me...except for the whole "3 sodas a week and no popcorn thing"...HA!)
I don't have to wear my retainer all the time anymore...just when I sleep (it looks like an invisoline, and it's badass because I said so)
