I tried doing that, but someone told me the pic size was too big. And they were right.

what? just go to imahosting.com or just ask some people where they upload their sigs, i know imahosting has like a 20k limit but most places dont have a limit,

put the pic in an attachment in your next post in this thread and i will host it for you

its 317 x 144 and the limits here is 400 x 120, you need to resize it.

I don't know how to resize it, expect for using a forum attachment, which isn't allowed.
