Silvio- the thing only stretches out the page if you have you computer in the 600 by 800 resolution or whatever. otherwise, it works fine.

I like the bars- I think everyone should get like 1 bar to start though, and then work up, that way it looks more uniform

I got a better idea. Everyone starts out with them grayed out.
