I liked Jazz one day because of the tempo it has and the instruments featured. The songs are fast and very inspiring.

if youre asking favorite kind of music, id have to say Metal. one day i heard metallica's "seek and destroy" and was hooked. however, i dont just listen to metal. i like the chili peppers, which is funk/rock/pop. i dont like to limit myself to one kind of music.

I was in fifth grade and there was this cartoon called Batman Beyond. The intro song had this industrial music and I liked the beat. I found out the song was made by a group called Static-X. I proceded to listen to their album and i really liked their "Push It" song. I later moved on to more industrial and less nu-metal stuff like Kidneytheives, which are still one of my favorite bands. A while later, while flipping through channels on my satellite dish, I found a bunch of stations that played different types and genres of music. I proceded to the "Metal" channel. Within a couple of minutes, I was introduced to Amorphis, which is currently one of my favorite bands. I like their form of progressive-death metal, and on the internet found other similar bands.

My name is GÛÑߣÅÐÊ®, and I'm a Metalhead.

I used to listen to a lot of trance because this guy gave me a couple songs to download...

I like alternative because, well, I just do...

And I've been getting in to hip-hop again lately because I've been out dancing a bunch lately and it's all they play, besides techno :x

I like some classic rock and oldies too because that's what my dad's always listening to, besides blues and techno.

I started to like rap one day because I heard "Nuthin But A G Thang" on MTV when I was six and I liked the song. I began to like rock because back in fourth grade a friend of mine and I were going to start a band because he had an acoustic guitar (we were gonna be a hard rock band too, go figure...). I got in to techno a bit from Prodigy and Armand Van Helden's "You Don't Even Know Me", staying up late at night on Fridays listening to the radio, trying to fall asleep.

I hardly liked rap much, the only song I liked was the real slim shady, then I got a copy of Limp Bizcuit Chocolate starfish, and liked that. Then I listened to Blink 182, Korn and those other bands and liked them too. Then, once I got bored, started to change to more heavier bands like SOiL and Hatebreed etc, and now like to listen to chill-out bands such as incubus and chilipeppers. Scar Tissue (RHCP) and Draw (Incubus) made me like that kin of music
