What is it supposed to do?

Uh...well it's just grayscale, then when you put the mouse over it it turns a light blueish color and the word Enter appears in the middle of it in black.

That's ok. I mean the graphic itself was cool looking, but when I hovered over it, it had to load a whole new picture. Looked pretty ugly.
