What are all those icons and stuff?

Like the envelope and arrow down....?

Hover your mouse over and it tells you. If you click on it, it brings you to the newest post you haven't viewed or something on that thread. I haven't been using it.

The icons describe how big the thread is at the side and if it is locked.
