ah well, there are many other organisations that plan to ban videogames too. and speaking about banning, videogames were banned in greece for a short while once too.......THE HORROR!

The situation in Greece, though was not due to video games. If I recall, they originally wanted to ban gambling, specifically Video slot machines, but the way they wrote the law encompassed all types of gaming, including video games. It was supposed to be overturned, though I never kept up on it, so I can't say that it was or not.

yes, it was overturned eventually, but all your videogames would have been destroyed, forcing you to buy another system, games etc. And it was against gambling

yeah i remember in australia they took all the GTA3's off the shelfs due to it's violent nature just because some idiots don't understand IT'S JUST A GAME FOR CHRIST'S SAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
