to a degree. It is not definite due to IP's being static. However if the person has the same Internet provider, and lives around eachother. They could at different points in the day, indeed have the same IP address. However if the person is on Cable, DSL etc. They usually have a constant IP.

Well, it's in the past now, forget about it, but this is why I think having mods under 18 is never a good idea. Nothing personal to whoever banned me, but if you can't even think to check the message IPs like Vector did then, well...

Yes, what I forgot..it is true though, it is nearly impossible that someone would have the same ip and be posting simultaneously.

Sorry but thats ageism, its wrong...it annoys the f*** out of me when someone goes in front of me, or when someone gets served before me(and I was there before) because im younger than them. Some kids are mature, and likewise some adults are not.

I think the person just needs to be able to look past the obvious, really. It could have happened to the best of us...
