You see, there are many ways of changing your IP. The easiest is probably just switching computers in the house. I didn't ban you, but I was about to.

It makes little difference.

vegeta's IP = kavb's IP, which means the same computer.

He's really not lying, IT IS kavb. Send him a PM on IGN and he can reply that it is indeed him.
