ok when i am not logged into my account everything is pretty and silver but when i log in than it goes back to normal

Go to your User CP / Edit Options. You're account is probably set on a different style than the default.

User Cp>Edit Options ,scroll down until you see the option to change your style,if you want the "pretty and silver" style,that would be V.2
