Sometimes I get red x's but then when i go on the comp at a later time they are working fine again

Well, I think it's something that went wrong in my IE Installation. There is something that whenever I try to instsall it, it says that the installation was incomplete, and it told me to close all applications and retry (In which I did numerous times) or to contact microsoft support. So I go to the product services support, and they're gonna charge me 35 bucks per query! And you though Insider was a rip-off! Jesus christ! So what do I do now?!?!?

BTW, it's called Vector Graphics Renderer(VML)
