I think PS2. It's already in the lead, and with all the great games coming out, it'll just get farther into the lead.

But with all those die-hard Halo fans, it's hard to tell. That game is still sold out anywhere I go...in Harrisburg, at least.

It could end up that way. but ps2 has been out before the others, and when PS2 dies out GCN and Xbox will still be in business. So its no real telling anything can happen. The sales of GCN could go booming any time within the next 8 months or so lets look at the library comming out or that has just came out and is still selling:
SMS
SFA
zelda
metroid
FF:CC
godzilla
POKEMON RPG (most likely online also)
mario kart
Need for speed
wario world
Kirby tilt and tumble
Possibly perfect dark
Shiggy is in highhopes,before GCN is expired, to have another installment of at least: mario, Zelda and starfox

Yeah, IMO I think its PS2 from here on out. 40 million sold worldwide is no small feat. Too bad it murdered the Dreamcast with its immese hype back in 2000 =(.

Otherwise I would want SEGA in the lead, but thats not gonna happen. I thinks its sad SEGA gave up console-wise.

I think it's PS2 thats going to get more sales but the GC or XBOX could give it a run for its money.
