How many watts are they? If they are the same, I'd say go with the first one because it attaches to the wall.

psycho, they're both the same amount of watts, and they both can mount on the wall. With SO331, when you mount it you don't use the stands.

Oh, I guess I didn't read that on the SO331. They're about the same except for appearance. Go with the one you think looks best.

Yeah they're like almost exactly the same. Including price. I won't be mounting it on the wall, and I don't really like those stands, so I'll probably go with SA248.
