I think its a fine rule. Only been screwed over by it once because I sent an answer and hit back, then changed 1 word and hit send again. I didnt realize it had sent the first time.

It doesn't need to be 30 seconds. The people with 56k aren't bothered (much) but what about the poor bastards with broadband?
