i usally dont get knots in the controller wire so:confused:

their not knots its when you first get them and they are all tangled up

I wouldn't "hang them from the ceiling." I would just do your best to untangle them...I suggest disconnecting the little part where the expansion is (for more wire), and untangling it from there.
