i mean any scenerio. what would and could happen?
who would get infected? where would it be let loose? how long will it take to spread through the country?
how soon, if ever, will it be contained after it was let loose?
how many people would die?
who let it loose?

whoa smallpox is not such a fatal disease anymore so there is no need to worry about it, nearly all the superpower countrys have cures for it so there is no need to worry

Well on the topic of vaccination, it has claimed by models produced from Harvard, that a nationwide vaccination compaign would in turn result in more deaths than a widespread bioterrorism. The media has also exaggerated hte problem as killing over 50% of it's victims, whereas actual numbers suggest it kills less than 25% through the aid of nutrition, Naturopathy and Allopathic treatment, the victim mortality rates are dramatically decreased. In all likelihood, the smallpox epidemic would be recognized within the week, because such a widespread attack would be quite obvious, especially in a city like San Francisco, New York and Boston, where there are so many people.
