Rocko's Modern Life
I just happened to be watching Nickelodeon because Candace, one of the co-hosts, is one of the hotter women on kids's television, and then they had Rocko. It was the episode where he goes to his uncle's ranch in the West, and tames a dead horse in order to save Heifer from almost certain destruction at the hands of the mercenaries at the town market. Excellent stuff, excellent Candace. Rocko 0wns.
