it is a repeated thing from one user, i have told him several times over 5, and he still uses it, he is also finding a way to use it when the option has been removed from the goop store and he is using it as an advantage.

Although we do not allow you to upload personalized icons, feel free to put them in your signature as a sig pic of sorts. If you're using one of my icons, please host the image yourself, they don't give me nearly enough bandwith to comfortably host pics. Thanks a million.
