when you go to buy it, and it shows you a palette of colors, the one you choose does it go around the outside? or does it make the font that color? or can you choose both?

The color pallete shows what color glow you are gonna get. So yeah...the stuff on the "outside"

It shows you a preview before you decide to spend your goop.

Once its final its final though, costs another 20k just to remove it!
