Ok, if you're at a private school, you can't do a damn thing.
But if you're at a public school, FIGHT THE FUCK BACK!
You have first amendment rights to expression, and as the school is public and government owned, it applies there. If you are suspended, it has been ruled by the government that you have a right to due process, and you can repeal the suspension. The police and school staff will try to tell you otherwise. Do NOT let them suspend you for wearing clothing. You're got rights, stick up for them. Oh! What's that? Oh? YES! Adrian has a website to plug! -

Go there and read about student rights, and lead a curfew protest. (I'm working on my own)
Anyway, you have rights as a student... The school cannot tell you what to do, as it's a government organization, and it cannot CANNOT get you into trouble for political literature or exercising your 1st amendment rights. In other words, get a group of people, at least 10 or so, to wear a jersey over a white shirt, a bandana and/or hat, spiked colars, a questionable "symbol" of some sort, and get the girls to wear short skirts. Do so silently, and when you're questioned confront the teacher and explain that you are exercising your first amendment right to protest at any time on public grounds. They'be be shocked that you have a clue what you're talking about. If you get suspended, repeal it. If they bring the police in, sue your city.
