I've lost my fervor for sigs, but if I were to make a suggestion, similar to that of the sig made for your friend, is that you have yet to do a very good job in terms of trying to blend the vector art into the rest of the image. I'm not saying that they need to be the same colors and everything, but if you've ever studied any theory about how the subconscious mind leads the eye with viewing paintings and what not, if you have fluid transitions between different areas, it is overall more aesthetically pleasing.
